At Pink Vanilla, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, have their original tags attached, and are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the hygiene seal is intact where applicable.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid return shipping label through the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.
